1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, services, SMS messaging, or phone communications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.

2. Services Description

Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes provides religious worship services, community outreach, and church ministry activities. Specific features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and do not constitute binding offers.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms (Mobile Terms)

3.1 Program Description

Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes operates an SMS messaging program that sends transactional and informational messages including: account notifications, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support responses, delivery notifications, invoice reminders and billing notices.

3.2 Consent

You provide express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes when you: (a) check the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact or order form; (b) verbally consent during a phone call; or (c) reply START to a previously opted-out number. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service level, and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month or more, depending on program participation.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier will apply based on your mobile plan. Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

3.5 Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

3.7 Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.8 Privacy of Mobile Data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to provide the messaging program you have opted in to and comply with legal obligations.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Late payments may incur late fees and result in service suspension.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring services until you cancel.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or accounts.
• Send spam, malware, or malicious code through our Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

• Harass, threaten, or harm any person through our Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostes.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign freely.
